Summary: This role involves interpreting tender documents, preparing BOQs, developing costing sheets, and generating technical proposals for infrastructure, CCTV, parking, and ELV systems. Engage in technical proposal development and client coordination **Traffic Signals \| Infrastructure \| CCTV \| Parking \| ELV Systems** **Key Responsibilities** * Study and interpret tender documents, specifications, drawings, and SOWs * Read shop drawings / SOP drawings and perform accurate quantity take\-off * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for: * Traffic Signal \& ITS systems * Infrastructure \& civil\-related works * CCTV \& surveillance systems * Parking management systems * ELV systems (Access Control, ANPR, VMS, etc.) * Develop costing sheets, pricing breakdowns, and commercial comparison sheets * Prepare full technical proposals in compliance with client and tender requirements * Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations, datasheets, and compliance * Attend tender site visits, conduct site surveys, and prepare site assessment reports * Prepare all technical documents related to tenders, including: * Method statements * Compliance matrices * Technical datasheets \& submissions * Support clarifications, negotiations, and pre\-/post\-tender activities **Required Skills \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical / Electronics Engineering** or related field * Proven experience in **estimation \& tendering** for: * Traffic Signals / ITS * Infrastructure projects * CCTV, Parking, and ELV systems * Strong ability to: * Read drawings and specifications * Perform accurate quantity take\-off * Build BOQs and cost estimates from scratch * Experience in preparing technical proposals and compliance documents * Familiarity with Qatar market standards, client requirements, and tender procedures (preferred) * Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office * Strong communication and coordination skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR6,000\.00 per month
