Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for Architectural and Interior Fit-Out projects, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and material take-offs. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior fit-out projects. 2. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents. 3. Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimation accurately. We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Estimator for Architectural and Interior Fit\-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and material take\-offs for commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fit\-out projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior fit\-out projects * Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents * Conduct quantity take\-offs and material estimation accurately * Prepare and submit quotations, tender documents, and pricing proposals **REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION:** Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural/Interior Fit\-out Estimator. * GCC experience is mandatory. * Strong experience in cost estimation, tendering and bidding process. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong knowledge of architectural and fit out construction materials, techniques, and finishes. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel), AutoCAD, etc. **CRITERIA:** Should be available for immediate joining or 1 month notice **SITE \& LOCATION** Architectural/ Interior Fit\-out \- Qatar **Target Joining Date** Immediate Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
