Summary: Join a team responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, tender proposals, and managing MEP project costs through comprehensive analysis and coordination. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP projects 2. Coordinate with engineering and procurement for accurate pricing 3. Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications **Key Responsibilities:** * Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for MEP projects * Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take\-offs * Analyze project scope, risks, and requirements * Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations * Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for accurate pricing * Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines * Support post\-tender negotiations and clarifications * Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation (GCC experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local regulations * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications \* Application Question(s): * Can Join Immediately?
