Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with experience in ICT, ELV, and security systems projects to handle MOI submissions, project coordination, and technical documentation. Focus on technical documentation and operational follow-ups We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience in ICT, ELV, and security systems projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling MOI submissions, project coordination, technical documentation, and operational follow\-ups efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Handle MOI portal submissions and approvals for CCTV and ELV projects * Prepare BOQ, technical documents, SLA, and project\-related documentation * Coordinate with clients, consultants, pre\-sales, and operations teams * Maintain project records and documentation properly * Follow up on AMC contracts, inspections, approvals, and project progress * Ensure timely coordination and smooth project execution Requirements: * Experience in CCTV/ELV documentation and coordination in Qatar * Knowledge of Ministry of Interior submission procedures and standards * Familiarity with BOQ preparation and technical documentation * Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage Preferred Candidate: * Candidates currently available in Qatar * Immediate joiners preferred Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
