We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Proposal Engineer** to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries and tenders. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions that align with company objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and analyze RFPs, tender documents, and client specifications. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and compliance matrices. * Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and finance teams for accurate data collection. * Develop pricing strategies and perform risk assessments. * Ensure proposals meet company standards and regulatory requirements. * Maintain proposal documentation and templates for continuous improvement. * Support client presentations and negotiations when required. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). * 2\+ years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, or similar roles. * Strong technical writing and analytical skills. * Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
