Coordinate with internal teams and lead client clarifications Candidates should have previous experience the same field preferably in Qatar or GCC countries. * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant discipline). * **Experience:** Minimum 15\+ years of experience in tendering, estimation, or project engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role. * Candidate should have QID and ready to join as soon as possible **Short JD as mentioned below:** * Review and analyze complex customer technical requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop optimal technical solutions (safe, cost\-effective, and efficient). * Accountable for the on\-time delivery of all technical tender deliverables (data sheets, technical offers, compliance matrices). * Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality. * Prepare detailed technical proposals and coordinate with commercial teams for cost estimation. * Validate the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Bill of Materials (BoM). * Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Project Management, Procurement) to ensure technical inputs are accurate. * Identify potential risks, technical gaps, and deviations in the tender documents and prepare mitigation strategies. * Lead technical clarifications, queries (RFQ/RFI), and meetings with clients and consultants * Approve the final technical submission package.
