Job Summary: We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Tender Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high\-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to tender requirements. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, and other departments to ensure competitive and compliant bid submissions. Key Responsibilities: * Analyse tender documents and identify key requirements. * Prepare and coordinate complete tender submissions, including technical proposals, pricing, and compliance documents. * Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project teams for input and cost estimation. * Review contractual terms and highlight commercial and technical risks. * Attend pre\-bid meetings and site visits as required. * Monitor tender status and follow up on submitted bids. * Maintain a database of past tenders, suppliers, and pricing. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). * 5\-10 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or estimating (industry\-specific experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract terms, and bid strategies. * Proficiency in MS Office and tendering software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and time\-management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
