Training and briefing prior to event commencement QIFF2026 is seeking organised and reliable Event Operations Assistants to support the delivery of festival activities in Doha. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail\-oriented, customer\-focused and able to work effectively in a dynamic, large\-scale event environment. As an Event Operations Assistant, you will support day\-to\-day event logistics, assist attendees and vendors, and help ensure smooth and safe operations throughout the festival period. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with event setup and dismantling, including signage, equipment and designated activity areas. * Provide information and guidance to visitors, participants and vendors. * Support registration and guest check\-in processes where required. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure scheduled activities run on time. * Monitor designated areas to ensure safety and compliance with event guidelines. * Report operational issues or incidents to supervisors promptly. * Assist in crowd management and maintain orderly event flow. * Follow Qatar health, safety and event regulations at all times. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in events, hospitality or customer service preferred but not essential. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work long hours on your feet in an outdoor or indoor event setting. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Flexible availability during the event period. * Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to work on a large\-scale cultural event * Professional and collaborative team environment * Training and briefing prior to event commencement * Contract\-based employment in compliance with Qatar labour regulations QIFF2026 is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.
