The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of the dining area. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. * Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts using the restaurant’s reservation system. * Provide accurate waiting times and maintain clear communication with guests. * Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient seating and service flow. * Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area. * Assist in presenting menus and offering basic restaurant information. * Support the team with special requests, events, and VIP guest arrangements. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is a plus). * Previous experience as a restaurant hostess, receptionist, or customer service role preferred. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest\-handling skills. * Well\-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor. * Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. * Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
