Ensure network reliability, scalability, and security **Description:** IT Network Specialist candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Cisco network infrastructure, Palo Alto firewalls, wireless controllers, and IP network infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, network security, load balancing, QoS, MPLS, and network monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and manage Cisco network infrastructure and L2/L3 switching. * Configure and troubleshoot BGP/OSPF routing. * Manage Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, and security events. * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points. * Implement server load balancing, QoS, and MPLS/ISP connectivity. * Monitor network performance, security, and availability; proactively resolve issues. * Ensure network reliability, scalability, and security. * Conduct performance assessments and optimization. * Provide technical support and guidance to IT teams and users. * Participate in on\-call network support when required. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years of network and security management experience. * CCIE/CCNP and PCNSE certifications are preferred. * Strong experience with Cisco network technologies and Palo Alto firewalls. * Excellent knowledge of BGP/OSPF, L2/L3 switching, load balancing, QoS, and MPLS. * Experience with network monitoring and security tools. * Knowledge of Cisco Wireless Controllers and AP troubleshooting. * Strong problem\-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
