Summary: Lead the planning, delivery, and removal of temporary infrastructure and overlay works for major events, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Highlights: 1. Manage contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders **Job Purpose** * Lead the planning, delivery, and removal of temporary infrastructure and overlay works for major events, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end overlay delivery, from planning to decommissioning. * Coordinate venue readiness, temporary infrastructure, and event operations. * Manage contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Provide progress reports and resolve operational issues. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Event Management, or related field. * PMP or equivalent certification preferred. **Experience** * 10\+ years of experience in major events, venue operations, overlay, or project management. * Proven experience delivering large\-scale sporting events, exhibitions, or international events. **Skills** * Overlay \& temporary infrastructure management * Venue readiness and operations * Project planning and budget control * Contractor and stakeholder management * Leadership and communication skills * Risk and health \& safety management **Preferred Experience** * FIFA, Asian Games, Olympics, Formula 1, exhibitions, convention centers, or stadium projects.
