Endless learning and career growth opportunities TS Qatar is looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer (L1\) to provide first\-level technical support, perform in\-house installations, and support end\-user devices. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, grow, and build a career in IT Infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10/11\. * Support desktops, laptops, workstations, AIO PCs, printers, and peripherals. * Perform OS installations, hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and in\-house deployments. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues * Provide basic support for Linux operating systems. * Log and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system and escalate when required. * Maintain IT assets and documentation. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field. * 0–2 years of desktop support experience. * Good troubleshooting and communication skills. * Basic knowledge of Windows installation, PC hardware, networking, and Linux. * Willing to learn new technologies and pursue technical certifications. * Strong customer service attitude and team player. **Preference:** Locally available candidates preferred.
