




**Job Summary** The **Accountant \& Admin** is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling routine accounting tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office and financial operations. This role combines financial accounting duties with general administrative responsibilities to support the finance team and overall office functions. **Accounting Duties** * Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals. * Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. * Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts. * Assist in the preparation of financial reports (monthly, quarterly). * Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities. * Assist with payroll and petty cash management. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. **Administrative Duties** * Handle general office administration including filing, documentation, and record\-keeping. * Manage office supplies inventory and procurement. * Assist with HR and support tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding support, and schedule coordination. * Coordinate communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments. * Facilitate smooth daily operations by supporting management and staff.
