Control food and beverage costs and optimize purchasing Looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Accountant / Cost Controller to join our team to keep our busy cafe operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Record and maintain daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions * Perform cash, bank, and supplier reconciliations * Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor cash flow * Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for ingredients, beverages, and packaging * Issue and track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods * Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking * Ensure quality and cost\-effectiveness of all purchases * Monitor and control food and beverage costs * Prepare and update recipe costing and menu pricing * Conduct inventory counts and track stock variances * Analyze wastage, spoilage, and cost deviations * Compare actual vs theoretical costs and recommend improvements Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in bakery, café, or F\&B industry * Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory management, and cost control * Proficiency in Excel and accounting/POS systems * Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills Send CV on: 51852096 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
