




PetBaba, a growing mobile pet grooming brand in Qatar, is looking for a dedicated **Admin \+ pre sales** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail\-oriented, and passionate about delivering smooth daily operations while supporting our accounting functions. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily operations and appointment scheduling * Handle customer communication through calls and WhatsApp * Maintain records, bookkeeping, and basic accounting * Support logistics, purchases, and inventory coordination * Manage accounts, invoices, and internal databases **Requirements:** * Strong communication and customer\-handling skills * Basic Arabic knowledge (preferred) * Highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented * Comfortable using digital tools and basic tech platforms * Previous admin or accounting experience is a plus * Passion for pets is appreciated * Valid Qatar driving license (required) Send your resume to **admin@petbaba.co** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,500\.00 per month
