Now, we need a driven person on the ground in Qatar to help us take the next big step. **The Role:** We are not looking for a typical "desk employee." We are looking for a **Growth Engine**. You will be the face of adeer in Qatar. Your job is to find small business owners (home businesses, freelancers, shops) and show them how adeer can change their lives. **What You Will Do:** * **Sell \& Onboard:** Meet business owners, show them the app, and help them set up their accounts. You aren’t just selling a subscription; you are teaching them how to organize their business. * **Lead Workshops:** We partner with big names, such as Ministries. You will organize and lead training sessions to teach groups of entrepreneurs how to use our tools. * **Build Relationships:** Attend events and represent adeer. You won't just stand at a booth; you will actively engage with people and turn conversations into users. * **Customer Success:** Don’t just sell and leave.
