Develop creative concepts and promotional campaigns Job Summary\- Content creator (Female) We are seeking a creative and trend\-aware Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for our abaya fashion brand. The ideal candidate will create high\-quality photo, video, and social media content that reflects the elegance and identity of our brand while increasing customer engagement, brand awareness, and online sales. Key Responsibilities * Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and other social media platforms. * Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos featuring abayas, fashion styling, and new collections. * Develop creative concepts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand identity. * Write attractive captions, hashtags, and marketing content in Arabic and/or English. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and photography teams for campaign execution. * Stay updated on fashion, modest wear, and social media trends. * Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules. * Cover product launches, seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and special events. * Coordinate with models, influencers, photographers, and designers when needed. * Monitor engagement, analyze content performance, and suggest improvements. * Support online sales by creating content that drives customer interest and conversions. Qualification: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Fashion, Communications, or related field preferred. * Should be Available in Qatar with Valid QID \+ NOC to change sponsorship * Minimum 2 to 3yrs proven experience in content creation, social media management, or fashion marketing. * Strong photography and videography skills. * Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Premiere Pro. * Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and social media algorithms. * Excellent creativity and storytelling ability. * Fluent in Arabic and/or English. * Understanding of Gulf fashion trends and abaya styling is highly preferred.
