* Monitor and analyze costs related to projects, operations, and departments to ensure adherence to budgets. * Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures. * Prepare and review cost reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts. * Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify cost\-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures. * Conduct regular audits of cost\-related activities and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Provide detailed cost analyses and reports to support financial planning and decision\-making. * Review and validate invoices and expenditures to ensure proper cost allocation. * Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost data and insights. * Address and resolve cost\-related issues and discrepancies. Requirements: * Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Cost Control, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Experience: * Minimum 10 years of overall experience. * At least 5 years in a similar cost control or cost management role. * Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Skills: Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; excellent attention to detail; proficiency in cost control software and MS Office Suite Job Type: Full\-time
