Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain company documents and records. * Ensure all documents are properly filed, tracked, and archived. * Prepare and maintain document registers and transmittals. * Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation. * Record basic accounting transactions and maintain financial records. * Assist with supplier and customer account reconciliations. * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients. * Support administrative and financial reporting activities. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience. * Experience in contracting, construction, or trading companies is preferred. * Knowledge of document control procedures and accounting principles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
