Job Summary: The Instrumentation & Control Manager manages, designs, and oversees control and automation systems; supervises installation, commissioning, and maintenance; and leads engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. Leading engineering and maintenance teams and providing technical support for projects and operations 2. Ensuring reliability and efficiency of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and ESD systems 3. Managing, designing, and overseeing instrumentation and control systems Instrumentation \& Control Manager Key Responsibilities: * Manage, design, and oversee instrumentation and control systems. * Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of control and automation systems. * Ensure reliability and efficiency of the following systems: * DCS * PLC * SCADA * ESD * Fire \& Gas Systems * Review engineering drawings and technical documentation for projects. * Lead engineering and maintenance teams and provide technical support for projects and operations. * Coordinate with other departments such as Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Contractors. * Monitor system performance and propose technical and operational improvements. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and international standards such as IEC and ISA. * Manage budgets and schedules for instrumentation and control-related projects. * Support FAT/SAT and commissioning activities. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 12–15 years of experience in instrumentation and control, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. * Strong experience in oil & gas projects or large industrial plants. * Advanced knowledge of the following systems: * Honeywell * Yokogawa * Siemens * Emerson * ABB * Excellent understanding of IEC / ISA / NFPA standards. * Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
