Grow your career in a dynamic remote environment **Operations Analyst – Remote Operations (Hybrid/Remote Available)** **About the Role** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Operations Analyst** to join RemoMotos Remote Operations Group. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing business processes, analyzing operational performance, and supporting data\-driven decision\-making across remote teams. If you enjoy working with data, improving workflows, and solving operational challenges in a fast\-paced environment, this role is for you. **What You’ll Do** * Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities * Build reports and dashboards to support business decisions * Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics * Support process optimization across remote teams and workflows * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (support, logistics, and management) * Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking * Document processes and recommend scalable improvements **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in operations, business analysis, or data analysis (1–3\+ years preferred) * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus) * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills * Excellent communication and documentation abilities * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field is an advantage **Why Join Us** At RemoMotos Remote Operations Group, we focus on building efficient, modern, and scalable remote operations.
