The Senior Transaction Structuring \& Tax Optimization Lead will play a pivotal role in maximizing deal efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable value across cross\-border investments and corporate transactions. **Key Responsibilities** * Transaction structuring: Develop innovative structures for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements. * Tax optimization: Design and implement tax\-efficient strategies that align with global and local regulations. * Cross\-border expertise: Navigate international tax treaties, transfer pricing, and regulatory frameworks to optimize global transactions. * Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks in transaction execution. * Stakeholder advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior executives, boards, and investors on structuring and tax implications. * Collaboration: Partner with legal, finance, and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of complex deals. * Leadership: Mentor junior professionals, fostering expertise in structuring and tax optimization. **Qualifications** * 10\+ years of experience in structured finance, tax advisory, or corporate transactions. * Proven track record of leading complex, cross\-border deals with significant tax implications. * Strong knowledge of international tax law, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Advanced degree in finance, economics, law, or MBA preferred. * Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
