**Job Purpose**
To teach Arabic language effectively to students (native and non\-native speakers), promote understanding of Arab culture, and support students in achieving academic excellence as per school and curriculum standards.
**Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching \& Learning**
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Arabic lessons for assigned classes.
* Teach reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Arabic.
* Adapt teaching methods for both native and non\-native Arabic learners.
* Follow curriculum guidelines (CBSE / MOE Qatar requirements if applicable).
* Use modern teaching tools (smart boards, digital content, etc.).
**Student Development**
* Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and exams.
* Provide feedback and support to improve student performance.
* Encourage participation, confidence, and communication in Arabic.
* Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
**Curriculum \& Planning**
* Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and instructional materials.
* Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
* Organize language\-related activities (debates, competitions, cultural events).
**Assessment \& Reporting**
* Conduct periodic assessments and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare report cards and communicate student progress to parents.
* Attend parent\-teacher meetings.
**Administrative Duties**
* Maintain attendance records and classroom documentation.
* Follow school policies and procedures.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR5,500\.00 per month
