We are looking for an **Art Program Coordinator**—a visionary organizer who can transform artistic concepts into impactful, reality\-based programs. In this role, you aren’t just managing a schedule; you are fostering an ecosystem where artists and the community thrive together. **How You Will Shape the Scene** * **Program Development:** Design, plan, and execute art workshops, exhibitions, and cultural initiatives from inception to opening night. * **Artist Liaison:** Act as the primary point of contact for local and international artists, managing contracts, logistics, and installation requirements. * **Strategic Coordination:** Manage project timelines and budgets with meticulous care, ensuring every program is delivered with "Bylkas Moore" excellence. * **Community Outreach:** Collaborate with schools, local institutions, and digital platforms to promote our programs and grow our creative audience. * **Curation Support:** Assist in the selection of themes and works, ensuring our programs resonate with the unique cultural landscape of Al Rayyan and greater Doha. **Your Profile** * **The Curator\-Coordinator:** 3\+ years of experience in arts administration, gallery management, or cultural program coordination. * **The Cultural Bridge:** A deep appreciation for Qatari heritage and a pulse on global contemporary art trends. * **The Organizer:** Strong project management skills—you are the person who has a Plan B and Plan C already prepared. * **The Communicator:** Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage for building local community connections. * **The Professional:** A degree in Fine Arts, Arts Management, or a related field.
