Coordinate and motivate labor teams **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable **Charged Hand** to supervise workers on site, guide daily tasks, and support the Foreman in ensuring smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide site laborers in daily work activities * Ensure tools and materials are used efficiently and safely * Report work progress and challenges to the Foreman * Assist in maintaining site cleanliness and organization * Monitor adherence to safety standards on site **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * High school diploma or **technical certificate in construction (civil/structural)** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in construction site work * Good knowledge of construction tools and materials * Ability to coordinate and motivate labor teams * Understanding of basic health and safety practices * **Immediate joining** is required.
