Primary Purpose of the Job: Supervise and coordinate the activities of Contractor staff in the Yard, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of containers. Manage the operational processes for container handling, loading/unloading, and equipment utilization during the shift period. Required Experience and Skills: * 3\+ years of experience in terminal operations, preferably in container handling or logistics. * Knowledge of terminal safety regulations and container terminal equipment operation. Educational Qualifications: * Diploma in Logistics, Transport, or High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
