The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via online channels * Provide accurate information about driving courses, schedules, and fees * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally * Manage registrations, bookings, and documentation * Maintain customer records and update system data * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) * Arabic and English Speaker * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Good computer skills and familiarity with office systems * Customer\-focused attitude with a professional appearance * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment **Experience** * 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred **Key Skills** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Problem\-solving and conflict resolution * Multitasking and time management * Attention to detail and accuracy Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
