Job Description **Summary:** Help the Sales/Aftersales staff in performing all in\-house or outside services for heavy industry, including truck registration and transportation, PDI, accessory installation, inspections, and repairs, whether paid by customers or covered under warranty. This role involves following appropriate work methods and carrying out tasks assigned by the Sales/Service Advisor or Shop Foreman. **Job Responsibility:** * Perform tasks assigned by the Sales/Service Advisor or Shop Foreman. * Inspect faults reported by the Service Advisor. * Source necessary parts from the Parts Department counter or warehouse. * Report additional faults requiring repair or replacement to the Shop Foreman or Service Advisor. * Restore customers' vehicles to their original state before service. * Move vehicles to designated areas after completing jobs and inform the Shop Foreman or Service Advisor. * Participate in job quality verifications with the Shop Foreman and Lead Technician. * Attend technical seminars/training to enhance technical skills. * Perform any other duties assigned by superiors. **Candidate Requirements:** * Holds a valid Commercial driving license (light). * Completion of Eco and Safety driving training. * Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnosis. * Familiarity with the proper use of tools and equipment, including special tools. * Understanding of job safety practices. * Basic reading and writing skills to comprehend repair orders and document additional tasks. * Knowledge of basic vehicle products and services. * High school education. * Certification as a Heavy Machinery Technician or equivalent qualification.
