Role Overview The **IT Procurement Officer** will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT equipment, software, and services. This role requires strong organizational skills, market knowledge, and the ability to ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services. * Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Qatari regulations. * Monitor inventory levels and forecast IT procurement needs. * Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align procurement with budgets and project requirements. * Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and vendor performance. * Stay updated on IT market trends and recommend cost\-effective solutions. * Support digital procurement initiatives and process automation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain management. * Strong knowledge of IT products, licensing, and vendor ecosystems. * Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
