The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying financial needs, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent banking experience. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, financial services, or a customer\-facing role. * Experience in direct sales, relationship management, or banking products is preferred. * Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services will be an advantage. * Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business. * Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Good communication skills in English; Arabic language capability is an advantage. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong sales and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Customer\-focused with a professional approach. * Target\-driven and motivated to achieve results. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Good understanding of sales techniques and customer needs. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. * Professional presentation and communication skills. * Flexibility to work according to business requirements.
