




**Responsibilities:** * Handle day\-to\-day purchasing activities for all F\&B raw materials and supplies. * Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers across Qatar. * Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure best procurement value. * Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations to ensure cost efficiency. * Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements. * Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of procured items. * Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and vendors. * Coordinate closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement flow. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the F\&B procurement field in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of local fresh food suppliers and markets. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in English , Malayalam and Hindi (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage). * Valid Qatar driving license preferred Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month
