Work collaboratively with teams to meet production targets A **Production Operator (Manufacturing Operator)** is responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process to produce high\-quality products safely and efficiently. They monitor production lines, perform routine equipment checks, and ensure products meet company quality standards while following workplace safety procedures. Key Responsibilities * Operate manufacturing machines and production equipment according to standard operating procedures. * Set up, adjust, and monitor machines during production runs. * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. * Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. * Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and routine equipment checks. * Record production data, output, and quality inspection results. * Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles. * Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. * Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished goods. * Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance technicians, and quality control personnel to meet production targets. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not always required. * Ability to operate machinery and follow written work instructions. * Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required.
