**Job Title:** Restaurant Manager (Arabic Restaurant) **Department:** Operations / Food \& Beverage **Reports To:** Operations Manager / General Manager **Job Purpose:** To manage and oversee the daily operations of the Arabic restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, high food quality standards, effective staff management, cost control, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. **Key Responsibilities:Operations Management** * Oversee day\-to\-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations. * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality food delivery. * Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly. **Staff Management** * Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff. * Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure proper staffing levels. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and disciplinary actions when required. * Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment. **Customer Service** * Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and authentic Arabic dining experience. * Build strong relationships with regular and VIP customers. * Maintain service standards in line with brand and hospitality expectations. **Sales \& Financial Control** * Achieve sales targets and improve restaurant profitability. * Monitor food cost, labor cost, waste, and inventory levels. * Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports. **Compliance \& Coordination** * Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations. * Implement company policies, procedures, and SOPs. * Coordinate with support departments such as HR, Finance, and Maintenance. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. * Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and restaurant operations. * Experience with POS systems and reporting tools. * Fluent in **Arabic**; **English proficiency** is an advantage. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Customer\-focused mindset * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Cost control and financial awareness **Working Hours:** As per shift schedule and operational requirements. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month
