Supervise and guide sales staff in their daily duties **Job Title:** Retail Sales Lead **Company:** Souhaib Store **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 11,000 per month **Job Description:** Souhaib Store is seeking a motivated and customer\-focused Retail Sales Lead to oversee daily store sales operations and support the retail team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain smooth store operations while leading by example on the sales floor. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead daily retail sales operations and support the sales team * Assist customers with product selection and ensure a high level of service * Monitor sales performance and help achieve store targets * Supervise and guide sales staff in their daily duties * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally * Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store presentation standards * Track inventory levels and report stock requirements * Support cashier operations and ensure accurate transactions * Prepare daily sales reports and update management on performance * Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures **Qualifications and Experience:** * High school diploma required; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets * Good leadership and team coordination abilities * Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management * Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment * Positive attitude and strong work ethic نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR١١٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
