In this role, you will identify potential customers, nurture relationships, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a self\-starter with excellent communication skills and a hunter mentality. **Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting \& Lead Generation** * Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and industry events. * Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM system. * Conduct high\-volume outreach (calls, emails, social touches) to book discovery meetings. **Sales Process \& Closing** * Perform product demonstrations and articulate value propositions tailored to customer pain points. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business. * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. * Upsell and cross\-sell additional products/services to existing clients. **Client Relationship Management** * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals. * Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts during the onboarding process. * Gather customer feedback and relay market trends to the product/marketing teams. **Administration \& Reporting** * Accurately log all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). * Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline reviews to management. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. **QualificationsRequired** * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). * 1–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude. * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل, دوام جزئي الراتب المدفوع: QAR٧٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام عدد الساعات المتوقع: 40 في الأسبوع موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
