We are looking for a Senior Education Program Director who will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our educational programs. You are not just managing projects you are building systems that improve learning outcomes at scale. You will oversee a team of educators and program specialists, ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable impact for students and communities. You are the bridge between vision and execution, aligning curriculum, delivery, and partnerships to create meaningful change. Key Responsibilities **Program Strategy and Development** Design and implement education programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs Develop curriculum frameworks and learning pathways for youth programs **Program Execution** Oversee end to end delivery of educational initiatives from planning to evaluation Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards **Team Leadership** Manage and mentor program coordinators, educators, and facilitators Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve team output **Monitoring and Evaluation** Track program performance using data and measurable outcomes Continuously improve programs based on feedback and impact analysis **Partnership Management** Collaborate with schools, government entities, and community organizations Build strong relationships to expand program reach and effectiveness What We Are Looking For **Experience** 6 plus years in education program management, curriculum development, or related field At least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field Master’s degree is an advantage **Skills** Strong leadership and team management abilities Experience in curriculum design and program evaluation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Language Skills** English is required Arabic is an advantage **Mindset** You are impact driven and results oriented You balance strategic thinking with hands on execution You are adaptable and can work in a fast evolving environment نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
