To manage Cat Planet’s warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control of pet food, accessories, and supplies, while maintaining product quality and supporting smooth order fulfillment for retail and wholesale customers. Key Responsibilities * **Receive and inspect shipments** of pet food, treats, grooming products, and accessories, verifying against purchase orders and invoices. * **Organize and store products** (cat food, litter, toys, grooming supplies, aquatics, reptile and bird items) in a clean, safe, and accessible manner. * **Monitor product expiry dates** and ensure proper rotation (FIFO method) to maintain freshness and quality. * **Maintain accurate stock records** using ERP/Excel systems and prepare inventory reports for management. * **Coordinate order fulfillment** for online and wholesale customers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. * **Ensure warehouse hygiene and safety standards**, especially for food storage and fragile pet accessories. * **Collaborate with procurement and sales teams** to forecast demand and ensure availability of best\-selling items (e.g., Royal Canin, Farmina, Kit Cat). * **Support promotional campaigns** by preparing stock for “New Arrivals,” “Best Sellers,” and “Special Offers” sections. * **Handle returns and exchanges** in line with Cat Planet’s return/refund policy. Qualifications * High school diploma or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/store management (preferably in FMCG or retail). * Knowledge of **pet food and accessories handling** is an advantage. * Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
