Collaborate with staff for smooth operations and guest satisfaction The Server / Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet guests in a warm and professional manner. * Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages promptly and check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining area. * Handle customer complaints professionally and report major issues to the supervisor. * Ensure accurate billing and process payments efficiently. * Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations. * Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus. * Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment. * Professional appearance and behavior. * Basic math skills for handling cash/card payments. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
