Strong knowledge of control systems and automation * **Job Summary:** The BMS Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS). The role ensures smooth integration and operation of HVAC, electrical, and other building systems to improve efficiency, safety, and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and review BMS system architecture and control strategies. * Install, configure, and commission BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices. * Program and modify DDC controllers and graphical user interfaces. * Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other systems with BMS. * Conduct testing \& commissioning and prepare related documentation. * Troubleshoot system faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients. * Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. * Prepare technical reports, as\-built drawings, and handover documents. * Provide training to clients/end users on BMS operation. **Systems \& Technical Knowledge Required:** * HVAC Controls (Chillers, AHU, FCU, VAV Systems) * PLC \& DDC Controllers * BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks protocols * SCADA Systems * Energy Monitoring Systems * Fire Alarm \& Access Control Integration (preferred) **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering. * 3–7 years of experience in BMS projects or maintenance. * Strong knowledge of control systems and automation. * Experience with major BMS brands (Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls, etc.). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities. **Key Skills:** * System Programming \& Configuration * Testing \& Commissioning * Technical Documentation * Problem Solving * Team Coordination * Time Management **Immediate joining with noc prefered** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,500\.00 per month License/Certification: * Driving license (Preferred)
