In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, staging, and loading products onto delivery trucks in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and experience operating warehouse equipment. **Key ResponsibilitiesLoading \& Unloading** * Safely load finished goods, pallets, and materials onto outbound trucks/trailers according to load sheets and shipping schedules. * Unload incoming shipments, verify counts against packing slips, and inspect for damage. * Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, dunnage, or other methods to prevent in\-transit damage. **Order Fulfillment** * Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets, ensuring accuracy of product, quantity, and lot numbers. * Stage picked orders in designated shipping bays. * Pack products properly to prevent damage during transport. **Warehouse Operations** * Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks) safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard\-free work area (sweeping, removing empty pallets, disposing of trash). * Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed. * Follow all OSHA safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies. **Documentation \& Communication** * Complete shipping/receiving paperwork legibly and accurately (BOLs, packing lists, inventory tags). * Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety issues to the supervisor immediately. * Coordinate with dock coordinators and drivers to ensure timely dispatch. **QualificationsRequired** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** frequently and **75 lbs** occasionally. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for full shift (8–12 hours). * Basic math and reading skills (English proficiency for safety/compliance). * Reliable transportation and attendance record. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٧٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
