Focus on customer satisfaction and productivity **Job description** The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of the light and heavy vehicle workshop. His role ensures that all repair and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and in accordance with manufacturer standards and company policies, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity. **Qualifications** * Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in automotive service operations, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role. * Experience with both light and heavy commercial vehicles. * Manufacturer certification is an advantage. **Technical Skills** * Strong knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems. * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals. * Ability to read electrical and Mechanical schematics. * Familiarity with workshop management systems and job card processes. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. **Additional Skills** * Strong leadership and team management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good planning and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
