Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in managing the daily logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations. * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries. * Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy. * Support transportation planning and optimize delivery schedules. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations. * Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations. * Analyze logistics performance and prepare reports for management. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service. * Supervise logistics personnel and provide guidance to achieve departmental objectives. * Handle logistics\-related issues and implement effective solutions promptly. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. * Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations. * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. * Strong communication and leadership abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.
