Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies **Job Summary:** We are seeking experienced and detail\-oriented **Laundry Supervisors** to oversee daily laundry operations, ensure quality standards, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and hands\-on experience in laundry or housekeeping operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily laundry activities, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding * Ensure all laundry is processed efficiently and meets quality standards * Monitor the use of chemicals, detergents, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency * Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff * Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and request replenishment as needed * Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness and proper presentation * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies * Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and report major issues **Requirements:** * Proven experience in laundry operations, preferably in a supervisory role * Good knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals * Strong leadership and team management skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Basic communication skills in English * Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Food, Accommodation and transportation Provided Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
