Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment The Italian Restaurant is currently seeking a skilled and dependable **Line Cook** to join our kitchen team in Al Hamama, Doha. We are looking for a candidate with experience in Italian cuisine or a similar restaurant environment who is committed to quality, consistency, and teamwork. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining food safety and kitchen organization. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook Italian dishes in accordance with company recipes and quality standards * Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all menu items * Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient setup * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with Qatar regulations * Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Chef or Supervisor of shortages * Properly store food items and label products according to safety guidelines * Support opening and closing kitchen procedures * Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food preparation Qualifications and Requirements: * Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred * Experience in Italian cuisine is an advantage * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality * Good teamwork and communication skills * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment * Basic English communication skills required * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar Work Environment: * Fast\-paced restaurant kitchen * Exposure to heat, kitchen equipment, and sharp tools * Standing for extended periods If you are passionate about Italian cuisine and committed to delivering high\-quality dishes, we encourage you to apply for the Line Cook position at The Italian Restaurant in Al Hamama.
