Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials **Job Type:** Full\-Time \| Permanent **Salary Package:** QAR 1,500 \+ QAR 300 Food Allowance \+ Accommodation \& Transportation Provided Job Summary Baruch Trading \& Contracting Services is currently hiring experienced **Painters** for a **reputed client in Doha, Qatar**. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out painting, finishing, and basic maintenance works at project sites while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform surface preparation, painting, and finishing works for walls, ceilings, doors, steel structures, and other surfaces. * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primer before painting. * Mix and match paints to achieve the required color, texture, and finish. * Apply paints using brushes, rollers, and spray painting equipment. * Ensure proper masking and protection of surrounding areas during painting activities. * Carry out touch\-up and maintenance painting works as required. * Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. * Follow all site safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company procedures. * Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule. Requirements * Minimum **2–5 years** of experience as a Painter. * Experience in **construction, building maintenance, infrastructure, or facility management projects** preferred. * Knowledge of painting materials, coatings, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. * Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. * Physically fit and capable of handling manual work. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic communication skills in English or Hindi preferred. Preferred Candidates * Candidates with **previous GCC/Qatar experience** will have an advantage. * Immediate joiners preferred.
