Lead and support service staff Marimar Restaurant \& Coffeeshop is seeking an experienced and responsible **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team in Al Hamama, Doha. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in food and beverage operations. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily front\-of\-house operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and support staff performance to maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and coffeeshop operations during assigned shifts * Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner * Lead and support service staff to maintain high performance and teamwork * Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards * Assist in scheduling staff and assigning daily duties * Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management regarding stock requirements * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in accordance with Qatar standards * Support staff training and onboarding of new employees * Assist with opening and closing procedures, including daily operational reporting Qualifications and Requirements: * Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or café environment preferred * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively * Strong communication and organizational skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Basic English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar Work Environment: * Fast\-paced restaurant and coffeeshop setting * Standing and walking for extended periods * Direct interaction with customers and staff If you are an organized and service\-oriented professional seeking growth in the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply for the Restaurant Supervisor position at Marimar Restaurant \& Coffeeshop.
