Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and hospitality mindset The Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized dining experiences to guests while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and French fine\-dining service. The role requires excellent menu knowledge, professional presentation, attention to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and escort guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. * Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials confidently. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. * Serve food and beverages according to fine\-dining service standards. * Provide recommendations and upsell menu items, desserts, and beverages. * Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared throughout service. * Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. * Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service. * Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times. * Follow restaurant policies, food safety regulations, and service procedures. * Support opening, closing, and inventory\-related duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress in a fine\-dining restaurant, luxury café or premium restaurants. * Knowledge of French cuisine, pastries, desserts, and beverage service is an advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset. * Professional appearance and grooming standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Good command of English; French or Arabic language skills are an advantage. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
