**Key Responsibilities** * Supervise day\-to\-day civil activities (excavation, concrete, structural, finishes). * Manage permits (Consolidated Permit to Work \- **CPW**), toolbox talks, LOTO \& site HSE compliance. * Plan manpower/materials; interface with QA/QC \& planning. * Review drawings, MRs/MIRs; ensure spec compliance \& progress reporting. * Coordinate subcontractors and resolve site issues. **Qualifications** * Consolidated Permit to Work \- CPW experienced (mandatory). * **5\+ years** in O\&G civil works supervision. * Strong knowledge of method statements, ITPs \& HSE. * Good English and reporting; MS Office familiarity.
