Support budget preparation and forecasting activities **Key Responsibilities** **Cost Control** · Monitor and control operational and project\-related costs. · Analyse cost variances between budget and actual expenditures. · Prepare detailed cost reports and recommendations for management. · Review purchase orders, invoices, and expenses to ensure cost efficiency. · Support budget preparation and forecasting activities. · Implement and maintain cost control procedures and policies. · Coordinate with departments to optimize operational costs. **Financial Reporting** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Assist in preparing management reports and financial statements. * Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records. * Analyse financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies. * Support external and internal audit processes. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. **Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience). \- Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA will be added advantages. \- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
