Summary: The Electrical Supervisor will oversee facility maintenance, ensure adherence to safety standards, manage teams, and coordinate projects. Highlights: 1. Lead facility inspections and maintenance schedules 2. Ensure quality standards and health & safety regulations 3. Manage and train a team effectively **Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:** * Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance and Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work  * Inspect and maintain building systems on a weekly basis  * Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance  * Monitor inventory of materials and equipment  * Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)  * Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations  * Arranges for and manages appropriate third\-party contractor support as needed.  * Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed. a. Competencies  * Problem Solving/Analysis: Analytical and critical thinking assists in evaluating problems and making decisions.  * Procurement: Assist the Procurement officer on special projects focused on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement and purchase materials from the local market in case if its required for urgent replacement.  * Team Management: make sure team members perform their tasks in a timely and organized manner. Their responsibilities include assigning tasks, training employees, providing feedback, mediating interpersonal conflicts, and implementing company procedures  * Emergency Call: Answer all emergency calls (24/7\) from the tenant and take necessary action as required. **Electrical Supervisor Requirements:** * Proven minimum 5 years’ experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.  * Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, HVAC etc.)  Knowledge of health \& safety practices and regulations.  * Understanding of budgeting and performance management.  * Excellent planning and leadership abilities.  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
